I have about 5 comfy pet cat trees and the New Yorkers are the cats favourites for sure. These products are made of the best materials and the quality is fantastic. The company are very professional and care about their product and the quality and the satisfaction of their customers. I would NEVER buy any other make of scratch post for my cats. I have one that I have had for 7 years and looks as good as new, so do not be put off if you see a high price as work out the years it lasts and it is NOT expensive at all!

Great product with a solid build quality. My cats absolutely love it, especially with the extra toys included. One part didn’t align perfectly, but that might just be my OCD—it didn’t affect the functionality at all.

ComfyPet really did an amazing job helping me.
I had originally gotten a tower with sisal, but my cat would just not scratch it. After contacting them, they agreed to do a swap with a fully carpet tower instead.
My cat now loves her fully carpet tower, she's climbing it and scratching it to her hearts content.
The only thing that disappointed me is the the carpet. I'm sure this would happen with any carpet, but bits of it fall out.
Anywho, I am just largely impressed with ComfyPet's customer service. Incredibly quick and helpful with their responses.

This ComfyPet post stopped our new cat from scratching the furniture. She loves to stretch and scratch. She enjoys playing and hiding around it, chasing feathery wands and invisible mice. The post doesn't move, no matter how crazy the zoomies. It was quick delivery, a great price, great comms, NZ-made with local materials, sturdy, looks good and we got to choose the colour. Perfect for our cat and her staff.

We ordered this cat tree because our big boy cat just doesn't fit on anything else. Took some time to save up for it but the price is totally understandable for the craftsmanship. As soon as it arrived, he was the happiest camper everrrr! We got the 165ht with just carpet. Super stable for his jumping up and down. Does take up space but worth it! He is also obsessed with the little toy attached! Thank you so much!!

My cat loves the tunnel.
The tunnel is big for the biggest cat breeds and the material is super solid with absolutely no wabble.

Quality tower, great colour carpet, great workmanship, absolutely thrilled with it. Great service and communication throughout the process with updates along the way. For my very first cat I wanted a cat tree that is sturdy and will last instead of buying a flimsy cheap tree that would need to be replaced after a year. Part Maine Coons Muffin and Dotty were all over their Tunnel soon after I unwrapped it! They now use it every day for play, snoozing and looking out the windows. It's perfect and we're chuffed. And it's solid, sturdy and looks great.

The quality is always there. These steps help my little chonky girl get up on the bed without clawing at the bed covers for grip. They look smart too.
