Terms and Conditions

By using this website or placing an order with ComfyPet Products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST where applicable.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout where relevant.

Payments made through our website are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout and payment platform. We do not store your full credit card details on our website.

If you would prefer to place an order another way, please contact us and we can let you know what options are available.

Orders

Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.

We may need to contact you to confirm product details, freight costs, delivery timing, or other order information before dispatch.

Shipping and delivery

Most standard in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

KatAttack cat furniture is handmade to order or prepared to order, so dispatch and delivery timeframes vary by product. Estimated lead times are shown on the relevant product page where applicable.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is the responsibility of the delivery provider. While we do our best to help if delays occur, we cannot be held responsible for courier or freight delays once the order has left us.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

We currently do not ship our cat furniture outside New Zealand unless agreed in advance.

Returns and refunds

Products purchased from ComfyPet Products may be returned for a refund or replacement only if:

• you notify us within 7 days of delivery
• the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
• the item is unused and in original saleable condition
• proof of purchase is included

If a return is approved, refunds are generally made back to the original payment method.

If the return is not due to our error, any shipping costs and payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

We are not responsible for returned items that do not meet the conditions above.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe an item has a fault, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help sort it out.

Please keep all packaging and damaged goods until the issue has been assessed.

Consumer guarantees

If you are a New Zealand customer as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under that Act.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We use the information you provide to process orders, communicate with you about your order, and support your experience with our store.

Our website may use cookies or similar tools to support normal website functions such as shopping cart and account behaviour.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and other material, remains the property of ComfyPet Products unless otherwise stated.
