INSIDE NEW ZEALAND
Deliveries are usually shipped within 1-2 business days via Courier.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
All online sales are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order and confirmation of payment.
We courier from Monday to Friday. Once products have been dispatched we cannot be held liable for the delays caused by the postal service or couriers. There are a number of ways you can order from the ComfyPet Products Online Shop. Please choose the method of ordering and payment that you feel most comfortable with.
ORDER ONLINE
24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Choose the items and quantity you require, add them to the shopping basket then follow the instructions to the checkout. Please write down your order number. You may need this should you want to enquire about the order.
ORDER BY EMAIL
Send us your order by either filling out the contact/enquiry form on the website or email your order to sales@comfypet.co.nz We will be in touch with you to arrange payment and delivery. Please include your phone number and delivery address in your email.
ORDER BY MAIL
Send us a note with the items you would like to purchase OR choose the items you require and add to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout, then print out the form and send to us along with your method of payment, phone number and delivery address to: sales@comfypet.co.nz
HOW TO PAY
All our prices are in New Zealand Dollars and contain 15% GST. Freight and Handling charges will be applied at checkout.
ONLINE ORDERS
Can be paid for with our secure on-line payment method using your debit or credit card. Goods will be shipped once payment has been received.
EMAIL & MAIL ORDERS
Can be paid for by credit card, Internet Banking or by Cheque. Goods will be shipped once payment has been received. *Delivery of goods paid for by cheque will be delayed by up to 10 days to allow time for the cheque to clear.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa & Mastercard via DPS or PAYPAL, secure shopping page. We also accept cheques and internet banking transfers.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know within 24 hours.
SECTION 21 - ComfyPet Products Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Unless you order our cat furniture, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
KatAttack Cat Scratchers are all hand-built, and the following estimates apply for delivery:
- New Yorker, Dallas, Paris, Liberty, Vegas:** 3-4 weeks
- Manhattan, New Jersey, The Tunnel:** 2-3 weeks
- Chicago, Steps, Rangitoto, Austin:** 1-2 weeks
- All scratching posts:** Generally ready to ship or collect within a week!
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We do not pass on the complete freight cost because shipping our larger cat trees within New Zealand is prohibitively expensive. Consider that transporting a New Yorker to your location is similar to sending a sizable refrigerator.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ComfyPet Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ComfyPet Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to sort out the issue. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any damages on delivery, please contact us immediately for us to sort out.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship our cat furniture outside New Zealand.
