We stand behind the quality of our cat furniture and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Warranty period
Our cat furniture is covered by a 2-year structural warranty from the date of purchase.
What this warranty covers
This warranty covers structural defects in materials and workmanship in the main furniture structure, including the frame and joints.
What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover:
• normal wear and tear to carpet, outer coverings, or any attached toy
• damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorised accessories
• damage caused by alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than ComfyPet Products or its nominated repairer
• warping caused by direct sunlight or drying of wooden uprights over time
• incidental, consequential, or special damages
If something goes wrong
If you believe your cat furniture has a fault, please contact the retailer you purchased it from first. They can help arrange an assessment, repair, or replacement where appropriate.
Repairs or replacements are provided at the discretion of ComfyPet Products.
Proof of purchase
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. All warranty claims must be accompanied by original proof of purchase.
Return shipping
Returns and warranty replacements must be sent to ComfyPet Products at the owner’s expense.
