After visiting the workshop in person and selecting my colours, I was really impressed by the set-up and the care, time, and dedication that goes into crafting their products. The two carpet colours I chose look amazing, and the tree feels solid, well-made, and sturdy. My cat Rosie absolutely loves her new space! It was a lovely surprise to find a bonus feather wand (with a bell attached) while unwrapping - such a thoughtful touch. Thank you to Daniel and the entire team for making this for Rosie. IN LOVE!

We ordered this cat tree because our big boy cat just doesn't fit on anything else. Took some time to save up for it but the price is totally understandable for the craftsmanship. As soon as it arrived, he was the happiest camper everrrr! We got the 165ht with just carpet. Super stable for his jumping up and down. Does take up space but worth it! He is also obsessed with the little toy attached! Thank you so much!!

Great product - delay in arriving.

I recently purchased from Comfy Pet and overall I’m really happy with the product. The quality is great, it’s exactly as described, and it’s clear that care has gone into the design and materials. It’s been a great addition for my pet, and I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they missed their own self-imposed delivery deadline. I didn’t receive any update about the delay and had to proactively reach out to ask about the timeline. Once I did, things were clarified, but clearer communication would have made the experience smoother.
That said, the product itself is very good, and with a bit more attention to delivery communication, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

We’ve just received our new cat tree from Comfy Pet Products and we’re really pleased with it. The cat tree is sturdy, well-made, and excellent quality, with a solid base and durable scratching posts that give great stability. The design is attractive and fits nicely into our home. Our 2 boys took to it straight away, enjoying the cozy platforms and different levels. We're really happy!!

Amazing quality and service

Cannot recommend this team AND their products. Cats are slowly warming to the replacement of their old battered stand. They are loving that they can comfortably fit on the shelves. I couldn’t be happier!!

Theo's New Tower

Just received our new Katattack Chicago Cat Tree for our Mainecoon Theo
After a few hiccups with the courier damaging our tree in transit,, 3 days before Christmas, with Comfy Pets due to close for the holidays!
Comfy Pets were awesome and managed to get the tree back onto courier by the afternoon of 23rd Dec.
We have unwrapped it and Theo loves it!!
He is having a big nap up the top as I do this review.
