When will you send my order?

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

Please email us at sales@comfypet.co.nz with your purchase number and a photo or video of the damaged item so that we may assist you in getting a replacement.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Credit card refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. If the refund is made through a Bank Account, expect up to 2-3 business days.

The item I order is to big or to small for my pet.?

No problem just email us at sales@comfypet.co.nz with your purchase number so that we may assist you in getting a replacement.

Can I buy these products in a Pet Store?

Yes, our products are available at pet stores in New Zealand; however, if the local pet shop in your area does not already work with us, you should let them know that all they have to do is get in touch with us, and we would be happy to provide them with our goods.
