What if I need my cat tree a little higher or lower?

Because we construct each of our trees in-house, we are able to fulfil the majority of our customers' needs. There is a possibility that this will incur additional costs, however we will tell you of these costs before we construct your unit.

I would like a fur surround on the top level of the cat tree?

Can we deliver to Australia?

We do, and we've already sent New Yorkers to Australia. It is not cheap, and you must email us with your address to receive a firm quote. The cost of shipping a New Yorker to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide by sea is around $1227.35.

Why do I have to pay for freight?

We do not pass on the complete cost of freight because it is prohibitively expensive to ship huge cat trees within New Zealand. Consider that transporting a New Yorker to your location would be similar to sending a sizable refrigerator there.

Can you recover my cat tree?

Yes, if it's one of our own. If it's possible to bring it to our facility, we can usually have it restored to its original condition within a week. A fee will be charged if you live in Auckland and want us to pick up and drop off.

I bought these stairs for my elderly Himalayan cat to reach her water fountain. Despite the look on her face (that’s just her face) she seems to like the stairs and spends quite a bit of time just sitting on them. I also have the Chicago for my big ragdoll. These products are definitely worth the money because they are very sturdy and do not wobble at all, even when climbed all over by hefty children.

Awesome company with great product, good communication & prompt delivery. One of my cats had a significant accident a few years ago resulting in a smashed pelvis and legs and multiple dislocations. Hours of surgeries later, hip removal, plates & pins we were told she’d likely never jump again. She’s a fighter & proved everyone wrong. A safer way to access the top of another piece of furniture

This is the third comfypet perch I have bought. I bought this online and appreciated getting to specify the colour and post covering. The item is square and sturdy. Although designed as a way for cats to look out the window, I am using it as a transition from a short to a taller shelf.
