I have been purchasing ComfyPet cat towers for myself and family over 12 years and I can confirm they are by far the best quality on the market. My four cats went crazy over this taller version of the Chicago, and the stability of the product was amazing - as my cats are big and active indoor/outdoor monsters. I have three of the regular size Chicago’s too, which I’ve had for years now, and they just last. Shipping and sales was a breeze, and you even get a photo of your product before it gets shipped. IMHO the best in NZ, quality that lasts and that is worth every cent.
This review has been long overdue, as I have been trying to get the perfect picture of all three cats on the Tower in one shot. This is by far the sturdiest Cat Tower that we have ever owned! Our Silver Grey cat is quite large and whenever he used to jump on a cat tower, it would buckle and wobble. This is not the case with the Chicago KatAttack, it's sturdy and doesn't even move a little bit when he jumps on it, even when they all chase each other up and over. I would highly recommend any KatAttack Tower to any cat owner. They are sturdy, good on the eye, and you will never have to buy another cat tower ever again.

Pine Poles
Our upright poles, the backbone of our Cat Trees, are built from solid 100mm thick New Zealand pine. The carpeting on these poles is firmly glued and stapled, allowing for longevity and easy recovery even after your cat has extensively used the surface. This feature ensures that our products are both sustainable and extendable over time.
Carpet
Our choice of carpet material prioritises your cat's safety and comfort. We exclusively use cut pile carpets, which are less likely to catch your cat's claws compared to loop pile varieties. Many of the high-quality carpets we utilise are locally sourced from New Zealand. For example, the Cavalier Bremworth carpet, which can cost upwards of $300 per linear meter, is extensively used in our products. In fact, our popular New Yorker model requires more than 2.25 linear meters of this carpet.
Sisal
Our top-quality, maritime-grade Sisal is carefully hand-wound onto our uprights, secured with industrial staples for maximum durability. Crafted to withstand even the most ambitious feline with a fierce spirit, our Sisal proves to be the strongest available on the market.
